In France\, the same grape can produce dramatically different wines depending on where it’s grown\, how it’s farmed\, and how tradition shapes its expression. \nOne Grape\, Many Faces is a exploration of internal contrast — how France takes a single grape and transforms it across regions into wines that feel distinct in structure\, texture\, and purpose. \nWe’ll focus on some of France’s most important grapes and examine how place\, climate\, and philosophy reshape them — sometimes so completely that they hardly seem like the same wine at all. \n⏰ Plan for 3 hours. Given the amount of wine you will drink\, and regions you will cover\, this class is usually 2.5-3 hours long.
