The Bordeaux Room
The Bordeaux Room has a relaxed vibe with a speak easy feel. It has exposed brick, chandeliers and is furnished with barrel chairs, little tables, velvet couches and curtains and dark hardwood floors. There is a private restroom and a 65-inch smart tv that can stream a game or can be utilized to mirror your phone/computer.

What events can be hosted?
Whether you’re looking for somewhere to host a business meeting, luncheon, birthday party, bridal shower, work events or just hang out with a group of friends, the Bordeaux Room is a great space for a private function. Depending on what you are looking for, the room can be set up with a large counter height wooden table with seating for 10 or with couches and chairs.
How many people can it accommodate?
Is there a fee for the Bordeaux Room?
Yes, the fee differs depending on the day of the week.
- * Friday/Saturday $500 per hour
- * Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday $250 per hour
- --20% gratuity will be automatically included for all private parties and groups over 8 people.
- --At the time of booking we require a credit card to be put on file to hold the reservation. However, nothing will be charged until the day of the event.
- *The room fee will be waived if wine/food/beer purchases meet or exceed the total fee
What if I need to change the date or cancel?
We understand things happen and plans can change so we do our best to be flexible and accommodate such changes. As long as we are given enough notice, changes or cancellations are not a problem at all.
- If the event is canceled at least 72 hours before the event, there is no fee.
- If the event is canceled less than 72 hours before the event, the credit card on file will be charged the fee for one hour. ($250 or $500 depending on the day of the event.)
- If the event is canceled with less than 24 hours before the event, the credit card on file will be charged the room fee for the entire event.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Technically no. However, we strongly encourage groups to plan for 3 hours. Very few people think they will ever stay that long, but virtually every party we have ever hosted has spent 3+ hours. Drinking wine and socializing is meant to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
Is there a private entrance?
Yes, there is a separate entrance and staircase. Use the entrance that faces State Road 32 with the Bordeaux Room sign above the door.
Are people under 21 allowed?
Unfortunately, no. Guests must be at least 21 years old.
Is the room handicap accessible?
Unfortunately, no. The building was built in 1899 and does not have an elevator or stair lift.
Are there private tastings or experiences available to do during the event?
For an additional fee, our wine experts can guide everyone through an entire flight or a few different wines. The experience can be tailored specifically for the event.
Can I pre-order wine and/or food?
Yes, in fact we encourage it. Our wine experts are happy to discuss and select both the wine and food options and come up with a unique menu that fits your needs and budget.
Can each person pay individually?
Yes. We are able to accommodate separate checks. However, if the minimum fee is not met, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance.
