THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MIRROR
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MIRROR
Nothing at Tulips is here simply to fill a spot on a list. Every Champagne is selected for a reason—whether it introduces a style worth discovering, tells the story of a special producer, completes a thoughtfully designed flight or simply deserves to be experienced.
Our Champagne program is created for everyone, from guests who want to learn everything they can to those who simply want to enjoy an exceptional glass in a beautiful space. Whatever brings you behind the mirror, every bottle and every detail has been chosen with purpose.

Andy Durnell
OWNER AND KEEPER OF THE VAULT
Comité Champagne Certified
Andy is the heart behind Westfield Wine Vault, where the same belief has always guided the wine program: every bottle should have a purpose, and every guest should have an experience worth remembering. At Tulips, he brings that philosophy and experience to the operations and countless behind-the-scenes details that keep everything moving and help bring the vision behind the mirror to life.

Addie Durnell
CHANCELLOR OF TULIPS
Comité Champagne Certified
Addie is the vision, creative force and final palate behind Tulips. Working closely with Forrest, she sources, tastes and approves every Champagne offered, selecting the bottles that best fulfill each role within the program while shaping the details, atmosphere and little bit of mystery that make the entire experience feel special.

Forrest
DEAN OF CHAMPAGNE
Champagne Specialist (Comité Champagne);
Master of Champagne (WSG)
Forrest is the architect of the Champagne program at Tulips. He identifies the styles, regions and stories the program should explore and creates the flights, tastings and educational experiences that bring them to life. His thoughtful approach makes Champagne interesting and approachable, whether someone comes to learn or simply orders a glass.
